Since this moment wine plays a very important rule in the history and the development of the city. Nowaday Vienna is the only capital in the world wich is also a wine production area (Districtus Austriae Controllatus) with almost 700 hectars of vineyards. This tour is both an historical tour and a wine tasting tour, due to an unique expertise: Mario, your guide, is in fact not only an Austrian certified tour guide but also a wine expert certified by the wine academy of Austria. This is an intimate experience, the group is really small (max 6 persons) . During the walking part of the tour you will experience the art and the history of this fascinating city, related with the history of wine.
